There are lots of things, some obvious and some not, that can prevent you from having good night’s sleep. 1 or 2 are related to stimulants that are widely recognized for instance coffee or some over the counter pain relief products and decongestants. The most frequently over used stimulant is caffeine. Many folk are hooked on the caffeine in tea, coffee or cola soft drinks for that first wake up evfery single morning and drink far more all during the day to keep them awake.

Many specialists will likely recommend that you try to get at a very minimum six hours of sleep per night. It depends greatly on the individual, but the amount will generally fluctuate between the two numbers of six or nine hours. There are plenty of factors that play into the exact amount that is necessary, but if you are having trouble sleeping at night, it can be almost impossible to achieve either one.
